A four-story façade helps maintain a consistent scale at the street, while upper floors step inward to reduce massing and create sunny exterior decks at the penthouse units.

 Generous window walls at front and rear allow for natural lighting at each unit, and large brick elements at the street façade work to ground the building to the site. Contrasting light and dark tones work with a warm brick texture and cool metal elements to shape the project’s modern exterior.
