Located in the Mission District and zoned RM-1, the proposed design maximizes the property’s development potential while sensitively integrating into the neighborhood fabric. The building includes four condominium units, 8,000 total square feet, four stories and a roof deck, over an excavated basement level that opens onto the rear yard garden. The front façade is conceived as a series of bold vertical bands, that accentuate the slenderness of the building while masking a densely programmed structure.
