Noe Valley Residence 3

With an existing facade twice previously renovated, the challenge was set to sensitively update and upgrade this Historic Resource in Noe Valley. The Victorian front facade remains intact while new rear and upper additions expand the living spaces within. As a whole, the slim proportions of the existing building are maintained throughout and emphasized by stepping back the upper floors to create a harmonious relationship between the two architecturally distinct styles.
